Travel Services Terms & Policies
Carrie Pacini provides custom travel planning and concierge services. By engaging these services, you agree to the following terms:
Services & Fees
Planning fees begin at $150 per day of itinerary design, with a minimum investment of $500, paid in advance.
- If I also handle your hotel booking, I will check for partner access opportunities that may unlock additional perks or savings. When that is possible, I reduce my fee to $125 per day.
- Additional project management or unique requests beyond itinerary design may be billed at $140 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
- All new clients begin with a consultation call so we can align on your goals and next steps.
Payment
Planning fees are due in advance. Work begins once deposit and scope are confirmed.Turnaround estimates will be provided for each step of the planning process before work is completed.
Recommendations
All recommendations are created based on personal experience, industry insights, and trusted professional networks.
While some transactions may result in commission, I will only ever suggest what I believe is optimal for your trip.
Travel Insurance
I strongly recommend all clients purchase travel insurance. Insurance can be arranged through trusted providers as an add-on service. For clarity, travel insurance is held between you and the provider; For The Feast cannot be liable for claims, coverage, or exclusions.
Liability
While every effort is made to create seamless and enriching travel experiences, unforeseen circumstances can occur.
Carrie Pacini cannot assume responsibility or legal liability for events outside of our control.
Agreement
By scheduling a consultation or booking services with Carrie Pacini, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
