Pricing
Planning fees begin at $150/day of itinerary design with a minimum investment of $500 (paid in advance).
Examples:
- 3-day trip → $500 minimum
- 5-day trip → $750
- Longer trips or unique requests → custom quote
If I also handle your hotel booking, I’ll check for partner access opportunities that may unlock extra perks or savings for you. When that’s possible, I reduce my fee to $125/day — a win-win for us both. Additional tasks or unique project management needs may be billed at $140/hr (in 15-min increments).

Optional Add-On: If you’d like, I can also arrange travel insurance directly as part of your itinerary package. This ensures your trip is protected against cancellations, delays, or other unexpected changes so all you have to do is enjoy the journey.
